Bilingual Customer Solutions Specialist
Support IGS Energy customers in English and Spanish by explaining sustainability products, resolving questions, and helping retain customers. Identify relevant sales opportunities while working remotely.

- Create a welcoming customer experience through engaging, natural conversations.
- Explain IGS products and services to support sales and customer retention.
- Use company systems, procedures, and resources to resolve customer questions accurately and promptly.
- Meet performance, customer satisfaction, sales, and service level targets.
- Follow up on customer questions to confirm they are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assess customer needs proactively and recommend relevant upgrades or complementary products.
- Stay informed about current marketing programs and offers, and explain them clearly to customers.
- Meet customer experience and sales standards by following team goals, policies, and procedures.
- Take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Work Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and rotating Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Two years of customer-facing experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and conversational abilities.
- Ability to recognize and address customer objections.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow a set weekly schedule.
- Willingness to learn and grow, openness to feedback, and ability to contribute positively to a collaborative team.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Explorer.
- Must be authorized to work full time in the United States.
