Support Analyst at Atos — Onsite in Taguig City
Provide first-line IT support to employees through phone, email, and chat at Atos. Resolve application, connectivity, hardware, and enterprise scheduling issues across the company’s digital services.
Tavsif
- Handle internal employee IT queries by phone, email, and chat while meeting established KPIs
- Capture and document essential incident details for escalation to second-line support when required
- Keep users informed of progress and respond professionally to frustrated callers
- Assist users with common Microsoft Office applications
- Support basic troubleshooting for Citrix sessions, VPN access, and hardware issues
- Execute scheduled and on-demand system jobs in line with service-level commitments
- Update and administer the Enterprise Scheduling System as needed
- Develop knowledge-base articles to document newly acquired information
Talablar
- Available to work onsite five days a week, including holidays
- Willing to work rotating shifts
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and chat
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge for Citrix sessions, VPN connectivity, and hardware issues
- Experience using FTP and SFTP transfer protocols, including MoveIT and FileZilla
- Graduate of an IT-related course
- At least one year of service desk experience is preferred
