Senior HR Associate, Shared Services (Remote - India)

Support global HR operations for G-P, covering employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, records, vendors, and customer inquiries. This India-based remote role focuses on service delivery for EMEA processes.

Tavsif

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, data administration, absences, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding
  • Create and maintain HR documents such as contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment materials, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications
  • Maintain accurate employee records in G-P's proprietary platform
  • Administer benefits and coordinate with brokers and insurers
  • Submit time, expense, and other payroll data to the payroll team and local provider
  • Review data changes to support accurate, timely payments
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and keep SOPs and policies current
  • Respond to professionals and customers by clarifying and resolving queries
  • Work within defined SLAs and SOPs to deliver consistent service
  • Coordinate with insurance, local service, payroll, pension, and other partners and vendors
  • Act as the primary contact for onboarding and offboarding activities

Talablar

  • Two to five years of HR operations experience; shared services center experience is preferred
  • Thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies
  • Practical experience in a shared services environment
  • Foundational knowledge of labor legislation across EMEA
  • Experience with Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is beneficial
  • Strong customer service capability
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • A proactive test-and-learn approach and the ability to adopt and deploy new AI features and platforms quickly
  • Ability to use generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM in daily work
  • Practical, resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • High self-motivation, accuracy, and time-management ability
  • Comfort working in an international, multicultural team
  • Flexibility to support different time zones
  • Offboarding experience is an additional advantage
