Senior HR Associate, Shared Services (Remote - India)
Support global HR operations for G-P, covering employee lifecycle administration, payroll, benefits, records, vendors, and customer inquiries. This India-based remote role focuses on service delivery for EMEA processes.
विवरण
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, data administration, absences, visa renewals, transfers, and offboarding
- Create and maintain HR documents such as contracts, amendments, policies, benefits and payroll enrollment materials, onboarding guides, employment certificates, and termination certifications
- Maintain accurate employee records in G-P's proprietary platform
- Administer benefits and coordinate with brokers and insurers
- Submit time, expense, and other payroll data to the payroll team and local provider
- Review data changes to support accurate, timely payments
- Contribute to HR process improvements and keep SOPs and policies current
- Respond to professionals and customers by clarifying and resolving queries
- Work within defined SLAs and SOPs to deliver consistent service
- Coordinate with insurance, local service, payroll, pension, and other partners and vendors
- Act as the primary contact for onboarding and offboarding activities
आवश्यकताएँ
- Two to five years of HR operations experience; shared services center experience is preferred
- Thorough understanding of HR procedures and policies
- Practical experience in a shared services environment
- Foundational knowledge of labor legislation across EMEA
- Experience with Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, the UK, Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, or Finland is beneficial
- Strong customer service capability
- Professional written and spoken English
- Working proficiency with Microsoft Office
- A proactive test-and-learn approach and the ability to adopt and deploy new AI features and platforms quickly
- Ability to use generative AI tools such as Gemini and Notebook LM in daily work
- Practical, resourceful problem-solving skills
- Stakeholder management experience
- High self-motivation, accuracy, and time-management ability
- Comfort working in an international, multicultural team
- Flexibility to support different time zones
- Offboarding experience is an additional advantage
