Tavsif

  • Oversee website content, navigation, information architecture, and overall site structure.
  • Improve website content, customer communications, promotional banners, landing pages, and self-service experiences.
  • Improve customer journeys for finding information, managing and reordering orders, tracking shipments, managing accounts, and requesting services.
  • Optimize digital experiences for patients, caregivers, clinicians, and payors.
  • Support lead generation, referrals, intake, acquisition, retention, and engagement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Work with Operations, Customer Service, and Revenue Cycle Management to resolve customer pain points and improve satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Bring internal and external customer perspectives to campaigns, content, and initiatives.
  • Create and implement SEO and AEO strategies.
  • Oversee website analytics, tagging, consent, and compliance tools, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Freshpaint, Osano, and related platforms.
  • Assess website performance, customer behavior, conversion funnels, search results, and self-service adoption.
  • Turn analysis into practical insights and recommendations.
  • Work with legal, privacy, and compliance teams to meet requirements such as HIPAA and ADA.
  • Oversee department operations and supervise professional employees, front-line supervisors, and/or business support staff.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Ensure employees follow established guidelines.
  • Work with direct reports, colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management as needed.
  • Resolve operational and project issues and build stakeholder consensus.

Talablar

  • At least 7 years of experience managing enterprise websites, ecommerce platforms, customer portals, or digital customer experiences is preferred.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or a comparable digital experience or ecommerce platform is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with web analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Mouseflow, and with digital performance measurement frameworks.
  • A record of developing and implementing SEO strategies, with a strong understanding of emerging AEO practices.
  • Ability to use customer insights, analytics, and optimization techniques to achieve measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Experience with consent, privacy, and compliance tools such as Osano, Freshpaint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in healthcare or a related regulated industry is strongly preferred.
