Tavsif

  • Manage daily relationships across an assigned regional portfolio of Health Navigator clients
  • Act as the primary contact for group benefit clients, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners
  • Work with sales and internal teams to assess client needs and coordinate service plans
  • Direct implementation, enrollment, launch, training, and ongoing client service
  • Lead business reviews and regular check-ins covering satisfaction, utilization, engagement, retention, and growth
  • Coordinate work across sales, operations, service, marketing, technical support, and other partner teams
  • Take ownership of complex and escalated client issues through resolution
  • Provide education for clients, brokers, consultants, and sales teams through webinars, meetings, benefit fairs, and other engagement activities
  • Support the development of communication campaigns and educational materials
  • Track eligibility, implementation milestones, utilization, service performance, and satisfaction
  • Prepare reports and translate findings into actionable recommendations
  • Share client feedback with internal teams and help identify service improvements
  • Keep client relationship management system records complete and accurate

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • At least three years of experience in client success, account management, relationship management, customer support, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience or working knowledge of health solutions, employee benefits, group insurance, healthcare, or a related field is strongly preferred
  • Ability to establish credibility and trusted partnerships with clients, brokers, consultants, sales partners, and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving ability, including responsibility for escalated issues and prompt resolution
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, project management, detail management, and follow-through skills
  • Ability to interpret data, client feedback, and service trends to identify risks and propose improvements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client relationship management platforms
  • Ability to learn new technology and use digital tools responsibly and effectively
  • Ability to travel up to 15% within the United States, primarily during client open enrollment from August through November
