Manage freight bookings, shipping documents, invoicing, and customer inquiries. Track shipments and coordinate logistics operations for DSV, a global transport and logistics company.
Opis
- Deliver efficient, high-quality service to customers.
- Build business knowledge daily and follow up to ensure compliance with regional guidelines and company policies and procedures.
- Apply local SOPs when working with shippers and consignees.
- Prepare charge quotations when needed.
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Review and verify documents against DSV standards and customer requirements.
- Put supervisor-approved updates to procedures and systems into practice.
- Book shipments in line with SOPs and quotations.
- Alert supervisors to irregularities or issues that need support.
- Share feedback on subcontractor service standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and complaints, and follow up on claims.
- Work with relevant departments to resolve issues and provide customers with pre-claim information and status updates.
- Prepare customer statistics and reports on request.
- Create and process waybills, warehouse advice, trucking orders, invoices, and other requested documents.
- Handle invoicing, invoice verification and posting, and job costing.
- Keep Track and Trace systems up to date.
- Send shipping advice to overseas stations.
- Complete other assigned tasks and provide team backup as needed.
