  • Own profitable delivery of approximately $5–7M in Brand Performance revenue
  • Lead new business opportunities to retain and expand the Brand Performance book of business
  • Foster effective collaboration across solutions and strategic client relationships
  • Build trusted-advisor partnerships with key client stakeholders
  • Direct mid-size and large complex accounts while overseeing daily project execution
  • Guide teams and contribute to expertise, thought leadership, research design, storytelling, and client management
  • Uphold client service standards and improve satisfaction
  • Advise on research design, including surveys, samples, specifications, and deliverables
  • Generate growth through value delivery and ideas for evolving client programs
  • Serve as an escalation point for assigned accounts and drive issue resolution
  • Manage downline resources against utilization targets and Brand Performance objectives
  • Provide feedback and coaching to address performance needs
  • Support Blueprint, +1 and cross-sell initiatives, and SPARK strategic priorities

Cerințe

  • Deep experience as a trusted adviser with a strong understanding of brand research and its role within a broader ecosystem
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve revenue targets and grow a team’s book of business
  • Ability to support resourcing, proposals, training, and hiring activities
  • Experience leading Brand Performance new business opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior client stakeholders
  • Experience managing mid-size to large complex accounts
  • Working knowledge of research design, including surveys, samples, specifications, and deliverables
  • Ability to create growth through delivered value and proactively suggest program improvements
  • Ability to manage escalations through to resolution
  • Experience managing two to three direct reports or downline resources
  • Ability to manage utilization targets and Brand Performance objectives
  • Ability to deliver active performance feedback and coaching
  • Experience coordinating Brand Performance training needs
