Senior CRM & Retention Marketing Specialist — Remote Germany

Lead CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing for Löwenanteil’s healthy-food business, using Klaviyo, WhatsApp, subscriptions, and customer data to increase retention, Customer Lifetime Value, and repeat purchases.

Descriere

  • Own the CRM and retention strategy from planning through execution
  • Create the CRM roadmap and prioritize initiatives that improve repeat purchases, retention, and Customer Lifetime Value
  • Shape campaign and customer communications strategy in Klaviyo
  • Manage segmented, data-led newsletters aligned with customer and business goals
  • Develop lifecycle messaging across welcome, post-purchase, cross-sell, upsell, replenishment, subscription, and win-back journeys
  • Build scalable marketing automations
  • Expand WhatsApp marketing, evaluate relevant tools, and develop additional CRM channels
  • Advance the subscription model with internal stakeholders
  • Improve subscription conversion, subscription duration, and retention through CRM initiatives
  • Formulate data-backed hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and scale successful approaches
  • Maintain accurate, consistent data across the store, CRM, and messaging platforms
  • Track performance through repeat purchase rate, churn, Customer Lifetime Value, and revenue per recipient

Cerințe

  • Several years of CRM or retention marketing experience, ideally five or more, in e-commerce or D2C; food or FMCG experience is preferred
  • Understand how email, WhatsApp, subscriptions, and other CRM channels work together across the customer journey
  • Independently evaluate and develop the supporting marketing technology stack
  • Bring advanced Klaviyo expertise
  • Have solid Shopify experience, including events and data structures
  • Show measurable success increasing CRM-driven revenue, retention, and flow performance
  • Build CRM roadmaps, create Klaviyo segments, configure flows and tests, and interpret results
  • Have excellent written and spoken German
  • An interest in nutrition, fitness trends, and the wider market is welcome but not required
