Remote Member Contact Center Representative
Serve credit union members remotely in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, and Wyoming. Handle transactions, account maintenance, online banking support, and product recommendations.
Descriere
- Deliver member service through phone, email, web, mail, and fax channels
- Process deposits, withdrawals, account inquiries, card and credit transactions, loan payments, and basic online banking support
- Support depository and lending products while meeting established cross-selling goals
- Complete member transactions accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Assess member needs, recommend solutions, and follow up on pending transactions
- Recommend relevant products and ancillary services
- Open Savings, Checking, Money Market, Trust, Certificate, and IRA accounts
- Prepare and complete account forms and agreements
- Maintain accounts by processing address and name changes, ownership and beneficiary updates, closures, deceased-account requests, and notary services
- Recognize and report suspicious behavior and suspected fraud
- Complete required training and compliance modules
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Protect confidential member and sensitive information
- Represent the credit union with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Cerințe
- At least one year of retail experience with a record of meeting or exceeding service and sales targets
- Basic knowledge of financial products and services
- Professional verbal communication and telephone etiquette
- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, plus remote signing and webcam operation
- Strong follow-up skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, including active listening and anticipating member needs
- Strong written communication, including email grammar and spelling
- Member service and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments as a team member
