Remote Creative Localization Specialist at Keeper Security

Descriere

  • Localize creative assets in Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Figma, and motion graphics files for more than 16 target languages.
  • Coordinate design localization by submitting translation requests through Smartling and applying completed translations to design files.
  • Adjust layouts, spacing, formatting, and visuals to accommodate language-specific text expansion and contraction.
  • Apply consistent terminology, brand guidelines, formatting, and design standards across localized assets.
  • Review localized materials for accuracy, formatting, visual integrity, and overall design quality.
  • Help localize digital, print, presentation, video, and other creative materials.
  • Coordinate localization workflows, schedules, file handoffs, and deliverables across languages and file types.
  • Work with the Director of Localization, translators, designers, and other stakeholders to resolve localization challenges.
  • Keep asset libraries, file naming, version control, and final deliverables organized.
  • Track project status and share updates, risks, and outstanding needs with stakeholders.
  • Help improve localization processes, templates, and production workflows.
  • Contribute to special projects for the Localization, Design, and Product Design teams.
  • Report to the Director of Localization and work closely with the design team and Head of Product Design.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience in creative production, localization, graphic design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Figma.
  • Basic knowledge of motion graphics tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, or similar software.
  • Experience with localization workflows and multilingual design practices.
  • Ability to work accurately with translated content in multiple languages.
  • Strong grasp of layout, typography, spacing, formatting, and visual design principles.
  • Careful attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and file types at once.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Localization, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with localization management platforms or computer-assisted translation tools.
  • Familiarity with right-to-left language considerations.
  • Knowledge of design-to-code handoff processes.
  • Experience in a SaaS, technology, cybersecurity, or global organization.
  • Experience supporting video, motion graphics, or multimedia localization.
