Onsite Restaurant Systems Analyst, Menu and Inventory

Edible Brands is seeking an onsite restaurant systems analyst to configure and maintain Toast POS and Crunchtime across its restaurant network. The role oversees menus, inventory, food-cost data, integrations, launches, and operational system support.

Descriere

  • Configure and maintain Toast POS menus across locations, including items, modifiers, pricing, taxes, kitchen routing, discounts, and location-specific settings
  • Coordinate menu revisions, price changes, seasonal resets, promotions, and limited-time offers across POS, KDS, online ordering, branded apps, catering, and third-party delivery platforms
  • Own system support for new product and limited-time-offer launches by building and testing items in Toast and Crunchtime
  • Verify that items are sellable, correctly routed and costed, and configured to deplete inventory accurately at launch
  • Maintain the Crunchtime item and recipe master, including vendor items, recipes, yields, unit conversions, order guides, PAR levels, and food-cost information
  • Work with Marketing to keep pricing, product details, promotional content, layouts, and regulatory information accurate on digital menu boards
  • Administer users, roles, permissions, location data, and configuration standards in Toast and Crunchtime
  • Keep system documentation and change logs current and accurate
  • Monitor data flows and integrations among POS, inventory, accounting, payroll, and other connected systems
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement resolutions
  • Analyze actual versus theoretical food cost, inventory variances, waste, transfers, and operating data to support cost and inventory management
  • Support restaurant openings, conversions, remodels, and enterprise rollouts through configuration, testing, cutover, and day-one assistance
  • Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Supply Chain, e-commerce, Marketing, IT, and external technology vendors to resolve issues and improve processes

Cerințe

  • At least three years of hands-on restaurant systems administration or configuration experience in a multi-unit restaurant, QSR, fast-casual, or foodservice setting
  • Production experience administering Toast POS, including menu builds, modifier logic, pricing, multi-location management, and menu versioning
  • Production experience with Crunchtime or a comparable restaurant operations and food-cost platform, including item masters, recipes, ordering, inventory counts, and actual-versus-theoretical reporting
  • Strong command of restaurant cost-control principles, including COGS, theoretical versus actual usage, yields, unit conversions, PAR levels, waste, transfers, and plate cost
  • Advanced Excel capability, including pivot tables, lookups, large datasets, and CSV bulk data loads
  • Experience supporting multi-location product, limited-time-offer, promotional, or menu launches, including digital menu boards or comparable digital signage
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to assess downstream effects across POS, kitchen operations, inventory, food cost, accounting, and reporting
  • Ability to follow structured testing and quality-assurance procedures while meeting firm deadlines
  • Ability to turn technology and system requirements into practical restaurant solutions
  • Ability to identify issues proactively, lead them through resolution, and maintain follow-through with stakeholders and vendors
  • Ability to collaborate across Operations, Culinary, Finance, Supply Chain, e-commerce, Marketing, IT, and field teams
