German Energy Customer Service Call Center Agent
Provide remote inbound support to German energy customers, assisting with supplier changes, billing, meter readings, and contract questions. The role includes paid training and weekday shifts between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Descriere
- Support private energy customers by phone and in writing with inbound inquiries
- Help customers change energy suppliers and maintain their account details
- Respond to questions about bills and meter readings
- Explain energy contracts, tariffs, and monthly advance payments to customers
- Attend three weeks of paid, full-time training
- Work a three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Cerințe
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service is required
- Experience with energy projects and supplier changes is preferred
- Enjoy assisting customers and advising them by phone
- Use PC applications such as Teams, Outlook, and web browsers with confidence; SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Have very good German language skills at C1 level
- Be resident in Germany
- Relevant professional experience is required; career changers are not eligible
- Be available to work 40 hours per week over five days on a three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
