Descriere

  • Support customers with car and home insurance needs promptly and compassionately
  • Review coverage gaps, available discounts, and renewal increases to help customers make informed decisions
  • Handle inbound calls from customers exploring auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies
  • Process policy changes for existing policyholders
  • Understand products from a broad network of insurance carriers and align them with customer needs
  • Build detailed knowledge of Jerry’s app and help customers use it effectively
  • Resolve issues and address obstacles to obtaining appropriate coverage
  • Handle service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation
  • Relay customer feedback to inform product improvements
  • Contribute across sales and service workflows within the Customer Operations team

Cerințe

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is helpful but not mandatory
  • Bring a friendly, positive approach to customer interactions
  • Collaborate effectively with teammates
  • Demonstrate consistent reliability and initiative
  • Use sound judgment to solve customer problems
  • Communicate clearly and effectively
  • Currently live in an eligible hiring location—AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA—for full-time hourly employment
  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States, as applicable
  • Provide P&C license status; Jerry will cover the licensing cost for candidates who need one
