Descriere

  • Deliver attentive customer service to business travelers.
  • Help clients plan trips and provide support before, during, and after travel.
  • Book and modify travel by phone, live chat, and email.
  • Arrange complex international, multi-city itineraries across air, rail, ground transport, and lodging.
  • Manage travel itineraries using proprietary software.
  • Ensure bookings follow corporate travel policies, budgets, tiers, and preferred vendor contracts.
  • Provide concierge service to C-suite executives.
  • Record executive preferences, including aircraft type, hotel floor, and dietary needs.
  • Track weather, strikes, geopolitical developments, and other global events.
  • Reroute travelers proactively to help maintain their safety.
  • Prioritize and resolve urgent travel disruptions efficiently.
  • Keep booking-request errors near zero.
  • Maintain high Net Promoter Scores among corporate clients.
  • Complete an immersive eight-week training program, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST.
  • Move to a permanent shift with continued Team Lead support.
