Client Services Intern at Visa

Join Visa’s Mexico City team to support client onboarding, revenue tracking, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The internship includes hands-on project work, learning sessions, and a final presentation.

Descriere

  • Help monitor client onboarding, implementations, and issue resolution.
  • Work with the Client Services Director on weekly status reports, identifying key challenges and proposing operational improvements.
  • Assist the Senior Client Success Manager with revenue pipeline tracking across Client Services, VCA, and optimization flows.
  • Monitor Mexico initiatives involving cross-border services, acceptance, and affluent customers.
  • Track initiative development and progress with the Senior Client Success Manager.
  • Keep executive stakeholders updated on milestones and any needed changes in direction.
  • Take part in workshops, learning sessions, collaborative work, and a final presentation of project results and recommendations.

Cerințe

  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with analytics and process improvement methods.
  • Basic data analysis skills, including collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting data.
  • Written and spoken English proficiency.
  • Current enrollment in a degree program in engineering, business, data science, or a related field.
  • Expected graduation between November 2027 and March 2028.
  • Visa does not sponsor work visas and will not consider applicants who may need sponsorship in the future.
  • Available to work in the office at least three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
  • Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as generative AI tools.
  • Preferred: Clear, well-structured written and verbal communication.
  • Preferred: Quick to learn, effective in collaboration, and able to solve problems.
  • Preferred: Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.
  • Preferred: Comfortable handling ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities.
