Client Services Intern at Visa
Join Visa’s Mexico City team to support client onboarding, revenue tracking, reporting, and strategic initiatives. The internship includes hands-on project work, learning sessions, and a final presentation.
Tavsif
- Help monitor client onboarding, implementations, and issue resolution.
- Work with the Client Services Director on weekly status reports, identifying key challenges and proposing operational improvements.
- Assist the Senior Client Success Manager with revenue pipeline tracking across Client Services, VCA, and optimization flows.
- Monitor Mexico initiatives involving cross-border services, acceptance, and affluent customers.
- Track initiative development and progress with the Senior Client Success Manager.
- Keep executive stakeholders updated on milestones and any needed changes in direction.
- Take part in workshops, learning sessions, collaborative work, and a final presentation of project results and recommendations.
Talablar
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with analytics and process improvement methods.
- Basic data analysis skills, including collecting, organizing, interpreting, and presenting data.
- Written and spoken English proficiency.
- Current enrollment in a degree program in engineering, business, data science, or a related field.
- Expected graduation between November 2027 and March 2028.

- Available to work in the office at least three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
