Apraksts

  • Manage a large volume of inbound calls from client employees
  • Explain options, answer questions, and resolve complex issues involving health care benefits, retirement plans, leave of absence, payroll, and other HR services
  • Process health enrollment requests, tax and direct deposit changes, retirement withdrawals or contributions, and retirement elections
  • Research customer issues and manage related casework through resolution
  • Work across multiple screens and computer systems to find information and deliver support
  • Guide callers through system navigation and required processes
  • Create and maintain accurate database records
  • Coordinate with third parties to investigate inquiries and make requested updates

Prasības

  • At least four years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • One of the following: high school diploma with four years of customer service experience; college diploma with two years of customer service experience; or a bachelor's degree
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality customer care and satisfaction
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and reliability in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it promptly
  • Capacity to multitask across several Windows applications while supporting customers by phone
  • Availability to work an assigned shift and extended hours when needed
  • Successful completion of a background check if offered employment
  • Health care, human resources services, or financial services experience is preferred
