Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist, Stockholm Hybrid
Senior Compensation and Benefits consultant assessing C&B functions and recommending future operating models. Sway Sourcing connects talent with companies across HR and other specialist fields.

- Review existing C&B processes, annual cycles, policies, workloads, reporting, and vendor arrangements
- Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders across People and Culture, Finance, Legal, and Payroll
- Assess system support, data quality, and reporting capabilities
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and self-service
- Evaluate internal and external delivery models and supplier governance needs
- Use relevant benchmarking to strengthen analysis and recommendations
- Identify business-critical activities, compliance requirements, and operational risks
- Develop alternative organizational and staffing scenarios
- Recommend a future end-to-end C&B operating model with clear process ownership
- Define the scope, mandate, competency profile, seniority, and capacity needs for a future internal C&B role
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership
Prasības
- Deep expertise in Compensation and Benefits or Total Rewards
- Strong knowledge of relevant Swedish regulations and collective bargaining matters
- Proven experience reviewing and developing HR processes and operating models
- Strong analytical ability across capacity, workload, data quality, and risk
- Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and leadership presentations
- Ability to independently lead complex consulting engagements
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Experience with C&B digitalization, automation, and self-service is particularly valuable
- Experience with outsourcing and supplier governance, pensions and insurance, benchmarking, or C&B in organizations with group functions and numerous internal interfaces is an advantage
