Apraksts

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of about 35 enterprise commercial customers with complex needs.
  • Contact accounts regularly to understand product usage and identify useful features and services.
  • Guide customers on effective practices.
  • Build and sustain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Provide a high-quality customer experience.
  • Address complex customer challenges with strategic, creative solutions.
  • Improve the customer experience across products and processes on an ongoing basis.
  • Analyze user engagement data and identify actionable insights.
  • Report key performance indicators regularly.
  • Group customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Mentor and support new hires and members of the non-enterprise Success Team.

Prasības

  • At least four years of combined account management and/or project management experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with careful attention to detail.
  • Self-directed approach and ability to succeed in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Interest and demonstrated ability in project management and data analysis.
  • Quick to learn and think through problems with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Adaptable team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide less than 15% of the time.
