AT&T Call Center Sales Representative — Hybrid in San Antonio

AT&T is hiring a call center sales representative for a hybrid San Antonio role covering customer service, sales, billing, and basic technical support. The position includes paid training and commission opportunities.

Apraksts

  • Manage customer communications across phone calls, chat, and email
  • Spot upselling opportunities and close sales while pursuing commission and performance goals
  • Accurately address service, billing, payment, and collections concerns
  • Clarify billing details and explain product features to customers
  • Diagnose basic issues and escalate matters that require additional support
  • Strengthen customer trust and loyalty through effective issue resolution
  • Respond to customer questions, including technical support inquiries
  • Work three to four days per week at the San Antonio center and one to two days remotely from home
  • Complete required training and comply with performance management, recurring management routines, and remote monitoring policies

  • Prior commissioned sales experience is strongly preferred
  • Maintain a consistent focus on customer needs
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Adapt effectively to changing situations
  • Apply sound problem-solving skills
  • Work with close attention to detail
  • Work a flexible 40-hour schedule that may include nights, weekends, and overtime
  • Have verified internet service with at least 12 Mbps upload and 18 Mbps download speeds
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair, electrical outlet, surge protector, and direct LAN connection
  • Ensure the workspace meets work-from-home technical, security, physical, noise-level, and Clean Desk standards
  • Remain available and accountable throughout assigned schedules and shifts
  • Follow technical support procedures along with organizational security and compliance requirements
