Customer Experience Consultant – FleetPartners
Handle phone and email enquiries about FleetPartners’ fleet leasing and management services. Resolve complex issues and help deliver positive customer outcomes.

- Prioritise incoming customer cases and enquiries received by phone and email.
- Build rapport with customers and colleagues by phone and in person.
- Identify complex issues, resolve them where possible, and escalate cases that cannot be resolved.
- Take ownership of enquiries and address customer issues promptly.
- Work with stakeholders to achieve strong customer outcomes.
Reikalavimai
- Experience in customer service, such as in a call centre, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve complex or unclear customer issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A customer-focused approach and commitment to quality service.
