Aprašymas

  • Respond to inbound calls and help members with insurance policy and AAA membership questions.
  • Provide proactive, individualized solutions and recommend relevant products and services.
  • Support members with clear communication, a friendly approach, and practical problem-solving.
  • Assess and resolve issues independently in a dynamic, non-scripted setting.
  • Use multiple systems and tools while listening attentively and managing concurrent tasks.
  • Bring a consistently positive, adaptable attitude to a fast-changing work environment.
  • Take part in ongoing coaching and professional development to improve performance.
  • Complete an approximately four-month training program conducted entirely online.
  • Work full-time for 40 hours per week on scheduled training and post-training shifts.
  • Handle live calls during scheduled Saturday Bullpen shifts.

Reikalavimai

  • Previous customer service experience is required; recent call center experience is preferred.
  • Spanish fluency is an advantage.
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills.
  • Ability to multitask while navigating computer systems in real time.
  • Flexible, adaptable attitude with a willingness to respond to change.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Must live in Ohio.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from interruptions.
  • Direct Ethernet connection to an internet service provider; DSL, satellite, and hotspots are not accepted.
  • Modem and router located in the same room as the computer equipment.
  • Internet service with download speeds of 50–100 Mbps and upload speeds of at least 10 Mbps.
  • Proven ability to maintain productivity and confidentiality while working remotely.
  • Regular attendance at virtual team meetings and training sessions.
  • Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for potential schedule changes.
