  • Serve as the primary subject-matter expert for the cloud-based communication ecosystem and its NICE CXone platform
  • Troubleshoot, extend, and develop advanced workflows within complex routing scripts
  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI, AI agents, LLM solutions, web and chat bots, and agentic voice applications
  • Build, support, and troubleshoot real-time APIs connecting NICE CXone with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and EPIC
  • Deploy, administer, and optimize fraud-prevention products and voice-biometrics solutions
  • Lead technical investigations, root-cause analysis, and permanent remediation for major platform incidents and outages
  • Coach CCaaS analysts and engineers on scripting, AI, and integration practices
  • Establish proactive monitoring and validate service quality
  • Keep architecture, scripting logic, integration data flows, and standard operating procedures documented

  • Demonstrated hands-on expertise in system design and integrations across NICE CXone, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and EPIC
  • Extensive experience with AI technologies, including integrated AI agents, LLM prompting, web and chat bots, and agentic voice solutions
  • Ability to interpret, refactor, and extend complex existing scripts and codebases
  • Strong experience implementing fraud-prevention and voice-biometrics products
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability, including major outage response and tier-three escalation management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to technical mentoring and collaboration across teams
  • Interest in innovation, continuous learning, and process automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience
  • Availability to participate in internal and external meetings by video when required
  • Ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices when required
  • Ability to remain seated at a desk and use a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and reach overhead when required
  • Sufficient hand-eye coordination to use computers and office equipment
  • Near vision, tolerance for fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus
