  • Lead customer data insights, quality monitoring, and CRM performance analysis across EMEA
  • Validate customer data quality, identity resolution, attributes, audiences, and profile unification in Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Investigate discrepancies affecting customer counts, audience composition, campaign targeting, and reporting results
  • Detect data defects, system limitations, and inefficient processes that affect business performance
  • Collaborate with Global Engineering, Data, and Product teams to deliver corrective actions
  • Recommend ways to improve the accuracy, availability, and usability of customer data
  • Examine customer behavior, lifecycle performance, engagement, retention, and purchasing trends
  • Produce audience, segmentation, affinity, and customer value analyses to inform CRM strategy
  • Support personalization programs with practical insights and recommendations
  • Assess CRM campaigns and customer journeys
  • Use Adobe Analytics to evaluate website and digital customer behavior
  • Find ways to strengthen conversion, engagement, and the customer experience
  • Work with E-commerce and Product teams to evaluate journey performance and friction points
  • Link on-site behavior with CRM engagement and revenue results
  • Create and maintain Tableau dashboards for CRM, Marketing, Product, and E-commerce stakeholders
  • Build automated reporting solutions and maintain consistency across reporting platforms
  • Communicate findings with clear visualizations suited to varied audiences
  • Collaborate across CRM, E-commerce, Product, Digital, Data Engineering, and Commercial functions
  • Turn technical analysis into accessible business recommendations and support stakeholder alignment
  • Shape decisions through evidence-based storytelling and concise communication

  • Advanced practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (D360), including customer data models, identity resolution, segmentation, and audience creation
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and investigate data quality problems at scale
  • Substantial experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
  • Advanced Adobe Analytics expertise
  • Advanced Tableau expertise, including dashboard development and data visualization standards
  • Strong SQL capability and experience analyzing large customer datasets
  • Experience using data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Confidence challenging assumptions, escalating data quality issues, and shaping decisions with evidence-based recommendations
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is located
