IGS Energy is hiring a remote Residential Solar Services Partner in Ohio to coordinate maintenance services, contractors, customers, and invoicing. The role manages service cases, documentation, payments, and customer experience from initiation through completion.

Schedule maintenance requests with third-party contractors, Customer Operations, and Asset Management teams
Handle incoming customer and contractor communications with strong service and industry knowledge
Oversee a portfolio of cases from initiation through resolution
Keep thorough records of site visits, maintenance requests, and related work
Work with Accounts Payable to resolve contractor payment and remittance concerns
Verify contractor expenses and oversee invoicing activities
Assess service quality through customer follow-up
Coordinate with internal and external partners to fulfill project commitments and specifications
Share post-project feedback and follow-up actions with leadership
Complete other assigned duties and projects

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
At least two years of corporate work experience
At least three years of experience in customer service and/or contractor management
Authorization to work full-time in the United States
The position does not support current or future sponsorship
Clear verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions with customers and contractors
Strong organizational ability to manage numerous customer inquiries and projects concurrently
Experience working with internal and external cross-functional partners
Ability to learn and use technology platforms, partner and reporting portals, document management tools, and invoicing systems
Excellent organization and document management skills with close attention to detail
Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
Ability to prioritize work according to business objectives
Familiarity with customer relationship management software is a plus
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and SharePoint
