Lead Ford’s North American sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost strategy for exterior vehicle modules. Coordinate commercial plans, delivery, and cross-functional automotive programs.

- Set and advance North American sourcing strategy for the Exterior Front End Module portfolio.
- Review the Commodity Business Plan and keep sourcing aligned with its objectives.
- Plan and manage commercial timelines for upcoming vehicle programs.
- Negotiate production parts and lifecycle services with suppliers from start to finish.
- Identify and deliver commercial cost savings.
- Assess supplier cost increase requests using market data and evidence-based negotiation.
- Analyze landed costs, total ownership costs, directed sourcing options, and quality costs.
- Work with Product Development, Design Studio, Quality, Finance, and Vehicle Operations to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Develop and sustain relationships with suppliers worldwide.
- Address complex commercial, quality, and delivery problems that affect production.
- Present sourcing plans, business cases, and risk controls to senior executives.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least five years in purchasing, procurement, strategic sourcing, account management, or commercial contract negotiations.
- Strong analytical ability to assess large datasets, interpret complex financial information, and make clear, actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and relationship skills, including collaboration across diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with four days on site in Dearborn, Michigan, and one optional remote day.
- At least eight years of strategic procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
- Experience sourcing complex assemblies or modules, preferably in exterior commodities.
- Demonstrated project management skills, with disciplined execution of processes and timelines.
- Proficiency with advanced data tools, including complex Excel models and Power BI.
- Experience with enterprise sourcing systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Authorization to work legally in the United States.
