  • Call current policyholders to arrange annual reviews and consultations.
  • Follow up about lapsed policies, missed payments, banking changes, and other client needs.
  • Explain the reason for each call professionally, using approved client information.
  • Answer routine questions, address objections, and steer conversations toward booking an appointment.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the advisor’s calendar.
  • Make outbound calls using Dialpad.
  • Select the appropriate script for each client group and outreach campaign.
  • Keep conversations natural and confident while adhering to approved messaging.
  • Record call results, client responses, and required follow-up.
  • Review call recordings and use feedback to improve performance.
  • Keep client lists, appointment records, and tracking spreadsheets accurate.
  • Organize outreach by campaign and client type.
  • Monitor pending callbacks and follow-up appointments.
  • Share regular updates on call activity and appointments scheduled.
  • Provide task-specific business support to improve client efficiency, service delivery, or operations.

Талаптар

  • Experience in outbound calling or appointment setting is required.
  • Strong customer service experience over the phone is required.
  • Excellent spoken and written English is required.
  • Ability to follow multiple scripts accurately is required.
  • Experience addressing routine objections and booking appointments is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in financial services or with an insurance agency is preferred.
  • Experience with Dialpad or a similar calling platform is preferred.
  • Experience managing spreadsheets and client records is preferred.
  • Confidence and experience communicating with customers by phone outbound.
  • Strong listening skills and an ability to build rapport naturally.
  • Highly organized, with close attention to detail.
  • Open to coaching and able to put feedback into practice quickly.
  • Comfort handling objections while keeping conversations natural.
  • Dependable, consistent, and accountable for results.
  • Knowledge of Dialpad is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Knowledge of email and calendar platforms is required.
  • Knowledge of client tracking or CRM systems is required.
  • Available for 20 contracted hours each week, Monday through Friday.
  • Available during flexible Eastern Time business hours.
  • Able to work as an independent contractor under a Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work.
