Handle a high volume of incoming calls from patients, medical offices, and private insurers.
Place outgoing calls to resolve patient account receivables and customer questions.
Set up payment plans for patients with outstanding balances.
Use multiple resources during calls to address patient inquiries.
Meet established performance targets.
Complete structured training and build proficiency in required processes.
Act as a primary contact for patients, provider offices, and insurers about patient accounts and billing.
Resolve outstanding patient receivables and respond to account questions.
Explain available payment options to patients.
Investigate and resolve issues in real time across multiple systems and resources.
Meet established performance and quality standards.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 3 years of healthcare-related call center experience.
Strong spoken and written communication skills.
Explain coverage, costs, and financial responsibility for women’s health, genetics, and oncology testing to patients, providers, and payers clearly and empathetically.
Careful attention to detail and the ability to stay focused.
Collaborative approach and ability to work independently.
Strong organizational skills.
Comfort navigating multiple screens and computer applications.
Proficiency with alphanumeric data entry.
Explain billing and account details clearly and professionally.

Preferred: Associate degree.
