Support customers across multiple channels, resolve issues, and deliver customer experience services at TDCX, a global business process outsourcing company.

- Provide responsive customer support across relevant communication channels.
- Understand customer needs, investigate issues, and offer practical solutions that clear up confusion.
- Resolve cases at first contact where possible, and follow through with service partners and internal teams until closure.
- Share feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Follow service procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Build lasting customer relationships through attentive, proactive service.
- Handle other duties assigned by management within the employment category, and support the effective operation and continual improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

- A diploma or higher qualification in any field; fresh graduates are welcome, while two years of related experience is preferred.
