  • Use AI-enabled support tools such as Forethought and WalkMe to improve accuracy and response times
  • Stay informed about accounting and bookkeeping changes affecting customers
  • Help teammates resolve customer queries and share knowledge across the team
  • Partner with team leaders to achieve support targets and provide a high-quality customer experience
