Customer Service Representative (Hybrid, UK)
Mouser Electronics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders, quotes, returns, and product inquiries. The role supports customers with order research, delivery updates, product availability, and tailored product guidance.

- Process customer orders, quotations, returns, and catalog-information requests with a high standard of service
- Support customer service initiatives that generate new and repeat business
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns
- Share availability details for both stocked and unavailable products
- Recognize cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and present relevant products and promotions
- Investigate customer orders and coordinate expedited processing when needed
- Track delivery schedules and product quality while checking order-processing accuracy
- Ensure special-handling orders receive expedited treatment
- Provide requested catalogs, product information, and samples
- Assist local Customer Service teams and other departments as required

- One to two years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high quality standards
- Goal-oriented approach with the confidence to work directly with customers and represent Mouser Electronics
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are advantageous
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple currencies and the requirements of international order processing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities
- Good planning and organizational skills with a structured approach to work
- Accountable and energetic working style
- Self-directed, results-focused, and comfortable collaborating across cultures and within a team
- Willingness to broaden job knowledge by making effective use of available resources
