Bilingual Customer Service Representative I

  • Answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Give customers accurate information and courteous first-line support.
  • Help with account updates, service requests, and questions about products and services.
  • Record customer contacts, requests, and resolutions in CRM systems.
  • Refer complex concerns, technical problems, and service issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, procedures, and support resources.
  • Resolve customer issues according to service standards and internal procedures.
  • Keep customer records accurate and confidential, following company policies and regulations.
  • Work with Operations, Technical Support, Sales, and Billing to address customer needs promptly.
  • Attend team meetings and training, and contribute to process improvement efforts.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Талаптар

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Spanish, including reading.
  • One to two years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare, technology, education, finance, government, call centers, or another customer-facing setting is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Basic CRM skills; Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Careful attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
  • Ability to manage several tasks and work across multiple systems in a fast-paced setting.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, including knowing when and how to escalate issues.
  • Professionalism, discretion, adaptability, and teamwork.
  • Availability during Monday-to-Friday operating hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST.
  • Ability to sit for up to eight hours per day, with occasional walking, standing, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
