Description

  • Source and assess prospective technology candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks, and internal databases.
  • Interview technology candidates by video, phone, or in person to evaluate skills, work history, and salary requirements.
  • Build and maintain a qualified technology talent pipeline for current and prospective clients.
  • Match candidates to client job orders.
  • Maintain regular contact with technology professionals on contract assignments.
  • Resolve customer service concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Generate leads and market intelligence to support new-client development.
  • Nurture candidate relationships to gather industry insight and secure referrals and new business opportunities.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly business development goals.

Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in a technology-related field is preferred.
  • Strong interest in building a career in recruiting.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and candidate-closing abilities.
  • Ability to develop lasting candidate relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and persist in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with urgency.
  • Documented record of successful performance.
