- Source and assess prospective technology candidates through cold calls, job boards, social networks, and internal databases.
- Interview technology candidates by video, phone, or in person to evaluate skills, work history, and salary requirements.
- Build and maintain a qualified technology talent pipeline for current and prospective clients.
- Match candidates to client job orders.
- Maintain regular contact with technology professionals on contract assignments.
- Resolve customer service concerns promptly and effectively.
- Generate leads and market intelligence to support new-client development.
- Nurture candidate relationships to gather industry insight and secure referrals and new business opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed weekly business development goals.
