Senior Global Talent Attraction Content Strategist at Ford, Remote Pennsylvania, Part-Time

Lead employer-brand strategy and recruitment marketing for Ford’s Europe and Canada talent initiatives. Shape connected storytelling across career sites, social media, events, email, CRM, and other candidate-facing channels.

Description

  • Direct employer-brand content strategy and recruitment marketing campaigns for Europe and Canada, aligning regional hiring priorities with Ford’s global employee value proposition.
  • Develop compelling employee stories, talent value propositions, and audience-specific messaging for priority hiring groups and career areas.
  • Write, edit, and oversee content for career pages, social platforms, video, email, CRM communications, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver content for talent events across the full event cycle, including invitations, recruiter guidance, event messaging, and candidate follow-up.
  • Produce messaging frameworks, templates, and toolkits that help regional teams deliver connected content within Ford’s enterprise brand standards.
  • Collaborate with recruiters, regional employer-brand leaders, and business stakeholders to define content requirements and support critical talent attraction strategies.
  • Evaluate career-site, campaign, social, and CRM results, then communicate insights and recommend improvements to content and the candidate experience.
  • Create integrated content journeys spanning recruiter materials, talking points, career pages, social media, campaigns, talent events, email, and CRM communications.
  • Support special initiatives and talent communities, including Ford’s US Military community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in content strategy, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or communications, with ownership of content across multiple channels.
  • At least five years creating employer-brand and recruitment-marketing content, including employee stories and messaging for defined talent audiences.
  • At least five years working in a global or matrixed organization while coordinating projects and relationships across markets.
  • Experience supporting talent attraction initiatives in Europe and Canada and adapting global messaging to regional hiring requirements.
  • Experience activating a global employee value proposition and creating talent value propositions for distinct audiences.
  • Experience integrating content across career sites, recruiter resources, social media, career events, campaigns, email, and CRM communications.
  • Excellent writing, editing, interviewing, and presentation abilities, demonstrated through samples showing personal contribution.
  • Ability to interpret career-site, social, campaign, and CRM data to assess content performance and suggest improvements.
  • Experience partnering with regional teams, recruiters, designers, agencies, and other creative collaborators.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: background in automotive, mobility, or another global consumer brand.
  • Preferred: experience creating content for military talent or other specialized talent communities.
  • Preferred: experience overseeing external creative or media agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Preferred: experience presenting content strategy and performance insights to senior leaders.
  • Preferred: additional language skills, especially French, German, or Spanish.
