Senior Analyst, Non-Vehicle E-Commerce Sales Optimization

Optimize Ford’s online Accessories and Parts shopping experience through stronger product data, search, merchandising, conversion, and promotional execution. This senior role focuses on improving digital commerce performance across the customer journey.

Description

  • Optimize product detail pages by improving attribution, tagging, layouts, imagery, reviews, and customer-generated content.
  • Improve taxonomy, navigation, and filters in partnership with SEO and UX teams.
  • Refine internal and external search terms.
  • Find opportunities to improve the customer shopping experience, sales, conversion, and profit performance.
  • Partner with eCommerce Merchandising Managers and business teams on strategies, objectives, and priorities.
  • Perform competitive analysis and develop actionable strategies.
  • Partner with analytics and experimentation teams on comprehensive site-audit strategies.
  • Support promotions, seasonal collections, media, CRM, and content events.
  • Enhance product data with facets, filters, attribution, and product details while correcting inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant information.
  • Categorize and enrich content for browse experiences, collection pages, gift guides, and other content and channel destinations.
  • Plan and launch experiences with cross-functional partners during product go-live.
  • Create Jira epics, stories, resource assignments, and sprints.
  • Analyze and interpret data, manage Excel, and apply an understanding of financial information.
  • Manage multiple projects and onsite assets while working across functions to improve the digital shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in eCommerce site merchandising.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Product Information Management, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Governance, and Master Data Management practices.
  • At least 1 year of experience with SEO and SEM.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • A master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Automotive industry experience is preferred.
  • Experience with Stibo, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, JIRA, ContentSquare, PowerReviews/BazaarVoice, and Medallia is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI for content or product optimization is preferred.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
