Description
- Install, maintain, and repair customer compressed-air equipment throughout the assigned branch territory
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when required
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls subsystems methodically
- Determine the root causes of equipment problems and recommend effective solutions
- Advise customers on maintenance schedules and system improvements
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Ability and willingness to learn mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems
- Customer service proficiency
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Experience in an industrial service environment
- Availability for after-hours emergency calls when required
