  • Have led and developed HR teams, expanding their capabilities and impact.
  • Bring substantial experience with compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
  • Have partnered with senior executives and operations leaders on complex people and business issues.
  • Have used process improvement, technology, automation, data, or AI to make HR more effective.
  • Be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force and lift or move up to 15 pounds.
