Opis

  • Direct ACES’ HR function and oversee daily operations.
  • Manage employee relations, workplace investigations, compliance, performance management, discipline, total rewards, benefits, and retirement programs.
  • Evaluate HR processes, systems, policies, and workflows, then set a roadmap for scaling them.
  • Create efficient, consistent HR processes with clear service standards, documentation, controls, and measures of effectiveness.
  • Find opportunities to standardize, centralize, automate, eliminate, or redesign HR work.
  • Apply AI, automation, HR technology, and data to improve HR performance and the employee experience.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations as a senior HR leader.
  • Work with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders on high-risk and complex matters.
  • Improve performance management and managers’ skills with practical tools, training, and decision frameworks.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
  • Build employee trust in HR and improve the employee experience.

  • Have built and scaled HR processes, systems, and operating models.
  • Have supported substantial organizational growth without increasing HR headcount at a similar rate.
  • Have led and developed HR teams, expanding their capabilities and impact.
  • Bring substantial experience with compensation, benefits, and retirement programs.
  • Have partnered with senior executives and operations leaders on complex people and business issues.
  • Have used process improvement, technology, automation, data, or AI to make HR more effective.
