Opis

  • Architect, prototype, and build shared foundations for trading and client-facing web applications.
  • Lead the shared component library and design system for adoption across product teams.
  • Set application structure, state management, testing, and dependency standards, reinforced through reviews and automation.
  • Establish and uphold performance budgets and WCAG accessibility requirements.
  • Oversee frontend security, including content security policy, dependency supply chain, and safe browser token handling.
  • Build production software, modernize legacy frontends, and solve complex technical problems.
  • Work with architects, engineering teams, and stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Mentor engineers and promote frontend practices across the global engineering organization.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of hands-on frontend engineering, including several years architecting large web applications across multiple teams.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Expert TypeScript and React skills, plus hands-on Next.js experience in high-load production systems.
  • Strong knowledge of web performance, including Core Web Vitals, bundle budgets, caching, and rendering strategies.
  • Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and browser security, including CSP, CORS, XSS, and CSRF.
  • Experience defining and operating a design system used by multiple product teams.
  • Strong background in modern build tools, monorepo management, and frontend CI/CD pipelines.
  • Able to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied stakeholders.
