Provide remote voice-based customer support for Carrefour while offering financial products and services, resolving customer requests, and meeting commercial targets.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Availability for a six-days-on, one-day-off schedule from Monday through Saturday
- Ability to work 6 hours and 20 minutes per day
- Internet service of at least 100 Mbps with a wired desktop connection
- Clear, direct communication skills
- Knowledge of customer service methods
- Active listening and the ability to assess customer needs
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Proactive approach and motivation to make a meaningful contribution
- Teamwork skills and the ability to develop creative solutions
- Less than one year of relevant professional experience
