Remote Business Analyst, Services Coordinator - Gainwell Technologies

Gainwell Technologies is seeking a remote Business Analyst to coordinate healthcare technology services, client requirements, service requests, and operational projects. The role uses ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and ALM workflows while supporting documentation and stakeholder communication.

Description

  • Act as the main liaison among clients, business stakeholders, and internal operations teams
  • Collect, evaluate, and document client and business requirements
  • Convert client needs into functional requirements and actionable work items
  • Connect business stakeholders with technical teams to support clear communication
  • Contribute to requirements reviews, solution discussions, and service enhancement planning
  • Recognize opportunities to improve processes and propose practical solutions
  • Serve as a key contact for service requests and related inquiries
  • Coordinate service provisioning and support work across internal teams
  • Track service requests through timely completion
  • Keep clients and stakeholders informed through regular status updates
  • Raise issues, risks, and service delivery concerns through the appropriate channels
  • Support projects covering new services, enhancements, and operational improvements
  • Coordinate service readiness and assist with implementation activities
  • Contribute to project planning, testing, operational impact reviews, and transition-to-support work
  • Create, maintain, monitor, and close service requests, incidents, and work items
  • Manage incidents, requests, changes, and fulfillment activities in ServiceNow
  • Track user stories, defects, tasks, and project work items in Azure DevOps
  • Support ALM activities including requirements tracking, test coordination, defect management, and release support
  • Create and maintain service procedures, operational documentation, knowledge articles, and reference materials
  • Assist with training and process documentation for internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
  • Background in business analysis, service coordination, operations support, or client-facing work
  • User-level experience with ServiceNow for incidents, requests, and service workflows
  • User-level experience with Azure DevOps for work items, user stories, defects, and project tasks
  • Working knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management processes and tools
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Careful attention to detail with a customer-focused approach
  • Understanding of ITIL service management principles
  • Experience supporting software development or service delivery teams
  • Experience collaborating across business and technical functions
  • Experience with project implementation and operational readiness support
  • Hands-on user experience with ServiceNow
  • Hands-on user experience with Azure DevOps
  • User-level experience with ALM tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • A video camera is required for screenings, interviews, and the initial orientation week
  • A reliable internet connection and quiet setting are required for screenings, interviews, and meetings
  • AI tools, virtual backgrounds, filters, and visual enhancements may not be used during interviews
