Project-Based Data Processor – Onsite in Clark, Pampanga
SupportNinja is hiring a project-based Data Processor to collect, clean, validate, and maintain structured data. This onsite contract role in Clark, Pampanga also supports customer issue resolution.
Description
- Gather, clean, organize, and process basic data from multiple sources
- Check structured datasets for accuracy and completeness
- Protect data integrity and security
- Follow company policies and established procedures
- Achieve or exceed performance targets for applicable KPIs
- Build product, service, and process knowledge through training and ongoing learning modules
- Work with other departments to help resolve customer issues
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach with customers and colleagues
- Handle additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least six months of experience in data entry, data processing, or a related field, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency with computers, software applications, and data processing tools
