- Resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints from current and prospective Entel customers, covering both prepaid and postpaid services.
- Offer and close suggested sales at the end of each customer service interaction.
- Complete paid remote training consisting of 18 days of classroom instruction and 6 days of on-the-job training.
- Work part time on the afternoon shift.
- Work a schedule between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with 24 hours of weekly service time and a one-hour break.
Requirements
- Completed secondary education.
- Available to work remotely from home.
- Basic computer skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- At least three months of call center experience.
- Availability for a 48-hour workweek.
- Available to work afternoon shifts Monday through Sunday.
- Available for rotating days off.
