Tavsif

  • Resolve inquiries, issues, and complaints from current and prospective Entel customers, covering both prepaid and postpaid services.
  • Offer and close suggested sales at the end of each customer service interaction.
  • Complete paid remote training consisting of 18 days of classroom instruction and 6 days of on-the-job training.
  • Work part time on the afternoon shift.
  • Work a schedule between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Sunday, with 24 hours of weekly service time and a one-hour break.
