Outbound Call Center Agent – Remote Oklahoma

Work remotely as an outbound fundraising call agent supporting nonprofit clients. Use approved scripts to engage donors, secure contributions, and meet call-volume and fundraising targets.

Description

  • Complete comprehensive training
  • Join one of four MDS teams supporting designated clients
  • Use predictive dialing equipment to call for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour shift
  • Handle approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average gap of 20–30 seconds between calls
  • Engage donors and prospective donors with a positive, enthusiastic approach using client-approved scripts
  • Obtain financial contributions for nonprofit clients
  • Meet required fundraising and productivity benchmarks

Requirements

  • At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience, or a strong employment history demonstrating long-term stability
  • Reliable wired internet connection
