Description

  • Lead the MIS and Operational Intelligence team, developing technical capability and managing performance.
  • Set and track strategic and operational metrics for Customer Experience.
  • Maintain the quality, integrity, and governance of business management data.
  • Produce predictive analyses and recommendations for executive decision-making.
  • Create and improve management and executive dashboards.
  • Find opportunities to automate work and improve processes with data and technology.
  • Analyze operational capacity, productivity, workforce requirements, and trends.
  • Bring strategic insights and management presentations to executive forums.
  • Work with Operations, Workforce Planning, Traffic Management, BI, Technology, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus.
  • Substantial experience managing MIS, BI, Workforce Planning, or Operational Intelligence.
  • Advanced knowledge of Contact Center, Customer Operations, or Customer Experience metrics.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Experience with automation, data modeling, and metric development.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, or analytical tools is a plus.
  • Strategic outlook and focus on results.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
  • Team leadership and management skills.
  • Clear executive communication and ability to influence.
  • A strong sense of ownership and a proactive approach.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
