Junior Customer Support Content Designer — inDrive, Hybrid India

Join inDrive’s Content Design function to improve customer-support knowledge, content flows, and service guidance. Work with Product and Support teams to make help content clearer and more useful.

Description

  • Collaborate with Product teams and own updates to local support content.
  • Make relevant knowledge available when and where customers need it.
  • Use a scenario-led approach to create clear, practical content such as flow descriptions, articles, and instructions.
  • Work with local Support teams to publish updates, collect feedback, refine content, and improve its effectiveness.
  • Help develop and maintain content guidelines and standards.
  • Support the creation of inDrive’s Content Design function from the ground up.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in UX writing, content design, or knowledge management.
  • Some experience analyzing support tickets or mapping customer journeys.
  • Strong written communication and careful attention to detail, supported by a portfolio.
  • A track record of refining content using feedback, research, and data.
  • Effective collaboration across different teams.
