IT Help Desk Specialist – Kyiv Hybrid

Provide first-line IT support for KPMG Ukraine users, resolving issues involving networks, devices, software, Teams telephony, and information security. Manage service requests, installations, documentation, and end-user guidance.

Description

  • Receive and register IT and information security requests, troubleshoot issues, and resolve users’ technical queries
  • Log and resolve user requests within agreed timeframes in line with SLA requirements
  • Resolve user technical problems accurately, promptly, and with sound judgment
  • Support first-line Teams telephony, audio conferencing, and video conferencing systems
  • Provide first-line support for user hardware and software issues and resolve related problems
  • Provide first-line support for network outages and multifunction device errors
  • Install and upgrade computer-system hardware and software
  • Advise end users and deliver user training
  • Participate in IT systems projects when required
  • Maintain IT support service databases and documentation
  • Follow IT service procedures, policies, and IT knowledge-base requirements

Requirements

  • Higher education; a degree in information technology, mathematics, or engineering is preferred
  • At least one year of experience in technical user support, IT support, or service desk work
  • Intermediate written and spoken English proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of networking technologies
  • Professional knowledge of Windows 10, iOS, and Android
  • Advanced user proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Teams
  • Active Directory and SCCM knowledge is preferred
  • ITIL knowledge is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to take responsibility
